i found the location convenient the proximity to the city was great i had no time to swim in pool but i would have loved to it was a quiet spot
i noticed the room could have been cleaner especially the bathroom there was mould present in grout & on the shower curtain

The location was AMAZING!!! It is situated right at the bottom of Hobson Street. It is very close to the Downtown area. I also appreciated the spaciousness. I had a one-bedroom suite and it was very roomy. I also appreciated having a balcony. It was very nice on days that turned out to be very hot.
The hotplates in our kitchenette did NOT work. There were also several basic kitchen utensils missing. There was some noise from traffic at times. I could hear it in my room.

the location was central allowing easy access to nearby attractions. i found having a gym, pool, and sauna added to the experience!
the parking was expensive though the security was reassuring. the shower pressure proved strong and somewhat difficult to manage!

The staff allowed an earlier check-in and a later check-out which was helpful. The location provided an easy, safe walk to many destinations. I enjoyed the sauna and the swimming pool, both were very clean and well kept. I also met some friendly residents , it was good.
I noticed several marks on the walls in my room, which detracted from the overall appearance.

The hotel is near the city center. It is convenient for walking to the waterfront and ferries. A separate space with a desk overlooking the street provided a quiet spot for work, and the area safe area.

The staff was friendly. They efficiently managed both check-in and check-out. Staff also stored luggage in a locked area after check-out, this was really convenient. The assistance was always prompt and courteous.

Breakfast includes muesli, milk, juice, bread, jam, marmite and butter. There is no on-site restaurant, but a Ronnie's for coffee is nearby. I found several dining options within a short walk.

The room featured a kitchenette, very big for a studio. The bathroom includes a bath, it provided a relaxing experience. A balcony has a nice view, very pleasant. The bed was super comfy!

the room was big, i liked that.
the gym was a real letdown, only one treadmill works, and the weights area is cramped. it's like they just threw some equipment in there without any thought. i expect more when i see that there's a gym, i went to use it and was very frustrated

the location is great, easy to walk to wynyard quarter and sky city. the room is pleasant, it was clean and tidy with a cute balcony. everything was clean and the staff was great too.
i needed front desk access every time to get to the carpark, back to the room floor, and into the pool area. it was a bit inconvenient.
